We're around to deliver your order safely. However, due to the current situation & our warehouse being in Hong Kong, your order may be delayed and a 2.5% freight surcharge will be applied at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is FREE when your order is 55 $ or more (after discounts). Orders below 55 $ will be charged 6 $ for shipping. Courier and express shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
Once we have received your payment, your order will usually be dispatched within 24 hours and you will receive an email confirmation once it ships. You can also check your order status through our website at any time.

Standard Shipping
For Standard Shipping (Signature) deliveries, you can expect to receive your order within 4-6 days to major cities and up to 10-14 days for more remote areas. Your order can be tracked through our tracking system and a signature is required for delivery. We suggest having your parcel shipped to your workplace if no one is home during the day to sign for your delivery.

For Standard Shipping (No Signature) deliveries, most customers will receive their order in 10-14 days, however it may take 14-21 days for more remote destinations. A signature is not required for delivery and tracking is not available. Orders to military addresses or PO boxes must be sent via Standard Shipping (No Signature).
